Rumble Block Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rumble Block (the "Game"), a browser-based game. By playing the Game, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

By accessing or playing Rumble Block (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

The Game is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you are under 13, Rumble Block does not knowingly collect personal information from you without verifiable parental consent.

2. License to Use the Game

Rumble Block grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game through a supported web browser, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Game's source code
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to play the Game
• Circumvent any technical protection measures

3. User Accounts

The Game may allow you to create an account to save progress, access leaderboards, or unlock features. Once accounts are introduced:

• You will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You will be responsible for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• Rumble Block may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

A separate Privacy Policy describes what account and personal data is collected and how it is used.

4. User Conduct

When using the Game, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Interfere with the Game's servers or infrastructure
• Use the Game for any unlawful purpose

Rumble Block may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

5. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Game may offer in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or content ("Virtual Items"). Once purchases are introduced, the following will apply:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold; Rumble Block retains ownership
• Rumble Block may modify, remove, or adjust the availability of Virtual Items at any time
• You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account, including by minors with access to your payment method

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game may display advertisements served by third-party advertising partners. Once ads are introduced:

• Third-party ad networks may use cookies or similar technologies to serve relevant ads, subject to the Game's Privacy Policy
• Rumble Block is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the practices of third-party ad networks
• Interactions with advertisers, including any purchases, are solely between you and the advertiser

The Game may also link to or integrate with other third-party services; use of those services is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, graphics, characters, sound, music, and all other content, is the property of Rumble Block or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Rumble Block does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rumble Block will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or lost profits, arising from your use of the Game. Rumble Block's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the Game in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rumble Block harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

10. Termination

Rumble Block may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other players or the Game.

You may stop using the Game at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms, Governing Law, and Contact

Rumble Block may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
