Rumble Block — Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Rumble Block (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It should be read together with the Game's Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
Currently, the Game collects minimal information needed to run in your browser, such as:
- Gameplay data stored locally in your browser (e.g., high scores, settings)
- Basic technical data (browser type, device type, general usage logs)
As planned features roll out, this will expand to include:
- Accounts: a username, email address, and password (or third-party sign-in credentials) when you create an account
- Purchases: transaction records for in-app purchases, processed by a third-party payment provider (we do not store your full payment card details)
- Advertising: identifiers and usage data collected by third-party ad networks, described in Section 3
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Operate and maintain the Game
- Save your progress and settings
- Create and manage your account, once accounts are available
- Process purchases and prevent fraud
- Display and measure the performance of advertising
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the Game
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Cookies, Ads, and Analytics
Once advertising is introduced, the Game will use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies, including those set by third-party ad networks, to:
- Remember your preferences and gameplay progress
- Serve and measure advertising
- Analyze how the Game is used, to improve it
Third-party ad and analytics providers may collect data about your device and activity across sites and apps. You may be able to limit this through your browser settings or ad-network opt-out tools; disabling cookies may affect some Game features.
4. How Information Is Shared
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers who help operate the Game (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics), bound by confidentiality obligations
- Advertising partners, once ads are introduced, as described in Section 3
- Legal authorities, if required to comply with law, protect our rights, or respond to a valid legal request
- A successor entity, in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
5. Children's Privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without such consent, we will delete it.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Game, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Account data is generally retained until you delete your account or request deletion.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8.
You can also:
